At Peak Bicycles, every frame, handlebar, and wheelset is hand-built to last. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a warranty that’s built to be as straightforward as our bikes.
Manufacturing Defects & Assembly Errors — Lifetime Coverage
Any failure caused by a defect in materials, workmanship, or assembly is covered for the lifetime of the original registered owner, at no cost to you. This is our commitment to the quality of what we build.
Carbon fiber is strong, but no material is invincible in a crash. If a frame, handlebar, or wheel is damaged from an impact, crash, or rider error, we don’t leave you stranded — we’ll assess the damage and offer a replacement part at a significantly discounted cost usually at the price of the manufacturer cost, determined case-by-case once we’ve reviewed the damage.
This warranty is issued to the original owner and is documented at the time of purchase — no separate registration step needed. If you sell or transfer your bike, the warranty can transfer to the new owner as long as documentation of the transfer (a bill of sale, signed transfer note, or similar) is provided to Peak Bicycles. Please note that a transferred warranty differs from the original owner’s warranty; transferred coverage is outlined separately below.
All warranty claims are reviewed by our team prior to approval to verify the coverage applies and that the claim can be handled fairly. This helps us maintain a fair and honest warranty program for every rider. We want to make sure every rider is taken care of.
Every Peak Bicycles carbon fiber frame is covered as follows:
• Full Warranty (first 2 years): Complete coverage for manufacturing defects and assembly errors — parts and labor at no cost.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty (after 2 years): Manufacturing defects and assembly errors remain covered for the lifetime of the original owner. During this period, the defective part is replaced at no charge, though standard labor or shipping fees may apply.
• Crash Damage or Rider Error: Available at any time — a replacement part is offered at a significantly discounted cost, determined case-by-case.

Once a frame is transferred to a new owner with proper documentation, it moves to our Limited Lifetime Warranty for manufacturing defects and assembly errors, regardless of how long the original owner held the bike. Transferred owners are also eligible for discounted crash/rider-error replacement, determined case-by-case. Transferred coverage does not include the original owner’s initial 2-year full (no-cost) warranty period.
This coverage applies to the frame only and does not cover cosmetic wear, paint/finish damage, or normal wear items.
Our carbon fiber wheels are hand-built and warrantied separately from the frame:
• Full Warranty (first 2 years): Complete coverage for manufacturing defects and assembly/build errors — parts and labor at no cost.
• Limited Lifetime Warranty (after 2 years): Manufacturing and build defects remain covered for the lifetime of the original owner, with standard labor/shipping fees possibly applying.
• Crash Damage or Rider Error: Available at any time — a replacement wheel is offered at a significantly discounted cost, determined case-by-case.

This coverage applies to the wheel only and does not cover rim tape, tires, tubes, skewers, or normal wear such as brake track wear or bearing service.
If you believe your frame or wheels are covered under this warranty, contact Peak Bicycles with your original proof of purchase (or transfer documentation, if applicable) and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the claim and walk you through next steps, including a quote if it falls under the crash/rider-error replacement program.
